Our client is looking for a Software Engineer to modify/install existing jQuery plugins (such as the sliders, carousels, simple filter pull-downs, etc. )
Experience needed:
• designing, refactoring, and improving the functionality of our application
• writing high quality, object-oriented back-end code (you'll be putting the M in MVC)
• working closely with team members to make good trade-offs and deliver features that meet or exceed requirements
• tracking down and fixing bugs
• strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) fundamentals and design patterns
• experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, UI)
• proven ability to work well in a team environment
• excellent communication skills to read, write and talk in English
• self-motivation and drive to learn, improve yourself and your organization, and do things the Right Way
• the work is from home so you must have a high-speed internet connection
